We slept out in Macclesfield to raise awareness for the homeless. We joined forces with Co-operative Funeralcare and The Tree House and will have received over £1,100 in sponsorship donations. The money will be used to provide a Christmas dinner for the homeless of Macclesfield. This will be served up in December when the weather is getting colder. We are also collecting warm clothing, bedding and toiletries to pass to The Tree House members. They provide a hot meal every Saturday evening for anyone who is homeless. This is at Elim Christian Life Centre, Macclesfield 5:00-7:30 p.m. Please contact me if you wish to donate.
We had a great night with our friends, but we were lucky enough to go home to our beds at 7 a.m.
